Bras, Intergenerational Trauma, & Intimacies Among Mexican Older Women

Inspired by a conversation about lingerie with an elderly woman, I started to engage with dissatisfied adult women to break stereotypes and expose age discrimination in fashion. Recognizing the need to challenge societal norms, I emphasize open dialogue, breaking taboos, and advocating for an inclusive fashion industry that celebrates women at every stage of life.
This book fosters intergenerational introspection, reflection, and dialogue among women. Its aim is to collectively redefine the meaning of ageing, its implications on clothing choices, combat ageism, and create suitable bras for them based on their stories.
